This is one of my favorite SEL （Social Emotional Learning） books for kids。 Author Carol McCloud embraces the metaphor of bucket filling as a valuable life lesson。 Although it might seem rather straightforward， this book with lovely illustrations by David Messing models the idea of bucket filling with ease， guaranteed to put a smile on your face no matter what your age might be。
